As examples, the trademark LUEI signifies the expression of a data structure proprietary to Laconic that forms a component of the identifier that is signified by the trademark LUCID. The LUEI and LUCID identifiers comprise a unique selection and arrangement of components that together express information that is necessary for carbon markets to function. You agree that the value of the trademarks LUEI and LUCID and the reliability, immutability and integrity of the identifiers these marks signify would be lost if used other than as permitted by, and under written agreement with, Laconic. Accordingly, you agree that you will not use any mark or name that could be confused with LUEI or LUCID (or any other Laconic trademark) and that you will not generate, disseminate or use any expressions of data structures or identifiers that duplicate or substantially replicate the selection, arrangement and expression of components contained within the LUIE and LUCID identifiers.
2. Limitations on Use:
